Islamic education is a deliberate effort to optimize students' potential spiritually and physically by internalizing Islamic values integrated into the curriculum and daily learning activities. The focus is on the role of educational management, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating Islamic character education programs. The research employs a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzing it descriptively. The findings reveal that effective Islamic educational management can shape students' character by involving all school components and systematically integrating Islamic values into the curriculum. Islamic character education is crucial to addressing moral and social challenges in the modern era. This study also discusses the challenges and solutions in implementing Islamic character education to ensure students internalize and practice noble akhlaq values in daily life. Rapid digital transformation demands IHEIs to adapt by strengthening digitalization in learning, academic services, and technology-based management systems. This research employs a qualitative case study approach to explore the strategies, challenges, and impacts of transformational leadership by rectors on governance improvement. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation from various IHEIs in Madura. Findings reveal that transformational leadership, emphasizing exemplary behavior, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, effectively fosters an adaptive, innovative, and quality-oriented work culture. Intensive digital implementation through academic information systems and learning management systems (LMS) has been successful, supported by training and competence enhancement for lecturers and staff. The transformation of IAIN Madura to UIN Madura and accreditation improvements demonstrate the success of leadership in advancing institutional capacity and quality. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited digital infrastructure, cultural resistance to technology, and funding constraints require collaborative cross-sector strategies. Improving the quality of Islamic education requires special attention to the aspects of school principal leadership and environmental influence. School principal leadership is considered the main key in developing the quality of education and learning ethos. In addition, a supportive environment, including family, community, and madrasah facilities, also contributes to the paradigm of an effective education system. The research method used is explanatory quantitative with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that madrasah principal leadership had a significant influence on the learning culture of santri, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.698 (strong category) and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 48.7%. A visionary and participatory leadership style was proven to be able to increase enthusiasm and discipline in learning. In addition, the student environment also showed a significant influence on learning culture, with a correlation value (r) of 0.643 (strong category) and R2 of 41.3%. A conducive environment is an important foundation in shaping sustainable learning habits. The main focus of this study is how teachers with an Islamic boarding school background are able to instill Islamic values in an educational environment that is not entirely based on religion. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of teachers who graduated from Islamic boarding schools and teach in public schools. The results of the study show that the strategies used include the integration of Islamic values in learning, exemplary behavior, the habit of Islamic morals, and a personal approach to students. Teachers who graduated from Islamic boarding schools play an important role as moral and spiritual agents in a heterogeneous school environment. The implications of this study indicate that the religious competence and character of Islamic boarding school teachers can strengthen character education in public institutions and serve as a model for the application of religious moderation in educational practice. The method used is mixed methods with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The qualitative approach was conducted through interviews with educators, while the quantitative approach used a Likert scale questionnaire analyzed with Product Moment (Pearson) correlation. The results showed that TQM implementation at Mafatihul Huda Junior High School was carried out through systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation involving all school components. The correlation analysis results showed a value of r = 0.816 with a significance of 0.000 (&lt;0.05), which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between TQM and graduate quality.
