Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the effect of System Security and User Satisfaction on Interest in
Waqf through digital platforms. Technological developments have encouraged the emergence
of digital waqf services that offer convenience, transparency, and efficiency in the waqf
process. However, the success of this platform is greatly influenced by the level of system
security and user satisfaction in interacting with the application. This study uses a quantitative
approach with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method.
Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using SmartPLS.
The test results show that System Security has a positive and significant effect on Interest in
Digital Waqf with a T-Statistics value of 6.691 and a P-Value of 0.000. User Satisfaction also
has a positive and significant effect with a T-Statistics value of 3.120 and a P-Value of 0.002.
The R-square value of 0.799 indicates that both variables explain 79.9% of the variation in
Digital Waqf Interest. These findings confirm that system security is the most dominant factor
in increasing public interest in digital waqf, followed by user satisfaction. This study has
important implications for digital waqf platform developers and nazir institutions to strengthen
security aspects and improve service quality in order to encourage wider participation in digital
waqf.
