Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the quality of graduates at Mafatihul Huda Lombang Laok Blega Bangkalan Junior High School. The method used is mixed methods with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The qualitative approach was conducted through interviews with educators, while the quantitative approach used a Likert scale questionnaire analyzed with Product Moment (Pearson) correlation. The results showed that TQM implementation at Mafatihul Huda Junior High School was carried out through systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation involving all school components. The correlation analysis results showed a value of r = 0.816 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between TQM and graduate quality. Thus, the better the implementation of TQM, the higher the quality of graduates produced, both in terms of academics, character, and skills.
