This study aims to analyze the influence of school principal leadership and environment on the development of learning culture at Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Muslimin Dlambah Dajah Tanah Merah. Improving the quality of Islamic education requires special attention to the aspects of school principal leadership and environmental influence. School principal leadership is considered the main key in developing the quality of education and learning ethos. In addition, a supportive environment, including family, community, and madrasah facilities, also contributes to the paradigm of an effective education system. The research method used is explanatory quantitative with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that madrasah principal leadership had a significant influence on the learning culture of santri, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.698 (strong category) and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 48.7%. A visionary and participatory leadership style was proven to be able to increase enthusiasm and discipline in learning. In addition, the student environment also showed a significant influence on learning culture, with a correlation value (r) of 0.643 (strong category) and R2 of 41.3%. A conducive environment is an important foundation in shaping sustainable learning habits. The conclusion of this study confirms that both the leadership of the madrasah principal and the environment have a strategic and significant contribution in shaping a positive learning culture in madrasahs.
