Program Bedah Rumah Sebagai Pendistribusian Dana ZIZ (Zakat Infak Dan Sedekah) di Lembaga Amil Zakat Sidogiri Cabang Bangkalan

Abstract

The distribution of ZIS funds is an activity to regulate the proper management function. Distribute ZIS funds received by muzakki to mustahiq parties so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively. The system of distributing ZIS funds has changed. Zakat, infak, and shadaqa funds are more for consumption activities. However, there are also institutions that distribute ZIS funds to provide decent housing to mustahiq. This study aimed to determine the house renovation program as a distribution of ZIS funds at the Sidogiri amil zakat institution Bangkalan branch in 2019-2021. The method of this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The study subjects were the LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan branch head, LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan branch staff, muzakki, and mustahiq. The data collection method is carried out by in-depth interviews with primary sources, the data analysis uses qualitative descriptive.  The distribution of ZIS funds has changed from time to time. At the beginning of the establishment of LAZ Sidogiri the distribution was mostly channeled for consumptive activities, but lately, many ZIS funds have been used in LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch for productive activities or even providing decent housing. The Sidogiri amil zakat institution distributes zakat, infaq, and shadaqa funds through a house renovation program allocated from 2019 to 2021 still in the Bangkalan Regency area. The problems discussed in this paper are two things: 1) The house renovation program is a distribution of ZIS funds at the Sidogiri branch of Amil Zakat institution. This program can be carried out because it is taken from donations that have been collected. 2) What are the constraints of the home renovation program as the distribution of ZIS funds at the Bangkalan branch of the Sidogiri amil zakat institution. The obstacle to distributing ZIS funds through the house renovation program by the Bangkalan branch of LAZ Sidogiri in its implementation is only due to the lack of donors so the Bangkalan branch of the LAZ Sidogiri program is only one or two houses a year. Even though the target of the house renovation program of LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan branch is at least five houses a year.
