Analisis Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Mewujudkan Pendidikan Yang Berkualitas di SDIT Nurul Rahmah Kemayoran

Professional management to achieve. This study aims to analyze the leadership management of the school principal in realizing quality education at SDIT Nurul Rahmah Kemayoran. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews and documentation. The results indicate that the school principal has implemented management functions systematically through planning (Annual Activity Plan/RKT), implementation (resource optimization), and evaluation (monthly meetings). The principal utilizes an integrated leadership style combining managerial, transformational, transactional, instructional, and positive leadership to enhance teacher motivation and create a conducive school climate. However, the study found that post-supervision reflection remains suboptimal due to time constraints in managing parallel classes. To address this, the principal fosters a participatory approach involving parents and the community to ensure institutional sustainability. The study concludes that the synergy between professional managerial competence and visionary leadership is the key factor in maintaining high educational standards and public trust.
