Analisis Yuridis Sumber Hukum Tata Usaha Negara dalam Putusan PTUN Surabaya Nomor : 162/G/2021/PTUN. SBY

Abstract

The source of State Administration law is everything could be source of administration law. Sources of law are the main and first basis and legality in a legal action, including court decisions. This research aims to discuss the legal sources listed in the PTUN of Surabaya’s Decision Number: 162/G/2021/PTUN.SBY. This research is normative legal research, a case study approach, namely the the PTUN of Surabaya’s Decision Number: 162/G/2021/PTUN.SBY. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive-interpretive analysis. The results of this research conclude that the sources of state administrative law listed in the PTUN of Surabaya’s Decision Number: 162/G/2021/PTUN.SBY consist of 9 sources of law; namely Laws, Supreme Court Regulations, Ministerial Regulations, Bangkalan Regional Regulations, Regent Regulations and Bangkalan Regent's Decree, Surabaya PTUN Regulations and Decrees, Pasuruan Ministry of Religion Statement Letter, Somorkoneng Village BPD Decree and Somorkoneng P2KD Decree.
